Our hotel in Caborca features events spaces with different capacities depending on the seating arrangement you choose for your upcoming corporate meetings, sales meetings, conferences, congresses or social events, birthday parties and weddings, plus, the hallways and gardens areas are also available. Each event can include food and drinks services, waiters and personal assistance from the professional staff in charge. The hotel also has 24 hour security and spacious interior parking lot.
For your service we have a meeting room for 10 people, a reserved area for 18 people in the restaurant, El Conquistador Room for 20 to 400 people in theater seating arrangement, with the possibility of adding work tables in other table set ups.
We feature audiovisual equipment that includes projector, laptop, screen, microphones, 60’’ TV, podium, stage, flipchart, etc.
If you need to promote and exhibit something we have space in the hallways, gardens and outdoors.
The food and coffee break service is offered in different presentations.
We arrange and host your parties and social events, offering the reserved space and El Coquistador Room with set ups for christenings, quinceanera parties, family gatherings, birthdays, bridal showers and weddings for up to 300 people. For added comfort, there are hallways and gardens to host receptions and civil weddings.
We take care of banquets and events inside and outside the Hotel through our food, drinks and coffee break service, offering a varied menu of specialties designed by our chefs, as well as special dishes on request.
